### **Position Overview**
Seeking an experienced **Emergency Department Registered Nurse** to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Level III emergency setting. The RN will assess patients, prioritize care, respond to emergencies, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.

### ✅ **Requirements**
- **3+ years of recent Emergency Department RN experience**
- Active **Washington RN license** or valid multistate license
- Current **BLS**
- **ACLS**
- **PALS**
- **TNCC**
- NIHSS certification
- Completed approved **6-hour suicide prevention training**
- Nursys demographic verification required
- Strong ED clinical knowledge and experience
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Meditech experience

### **Key Responsibilities**
- Perform rapid and comprehensive emergency patient assessments
- Prioritize and triage patients based on acuity
- Provide emergency nursing interventions and treatments
- Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
- Monitor patients and recognize changes in clinical condition
- Assist with emergency procedures and resuscitation
- Provide trauma and critical-care nursing support
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care
- Maintain patient safety and infection-control standards

- **36 guaranteed hours/week**
- Ability to pick up additional shifts
- RTO must be **pre-approved** and included with the submission
- Full availability required for scheduling
