Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the healthcare setting. This assignment involves providing urgent care in the emergency department, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The position requires adaptability to varied shifts and patient needs over a 16-26 week period.
Job Details:
Shift Time: Rotating E/N
Position Description: Assignment for 16-26 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage measured by direct line, not driving distance. Travel (101 miles), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less).
Schedule: Rotating E/N shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); previous travel experience; a minimum of 2 years of in-unit emergency room experience; EPIC electronic health record experience from within the past 2 years; flexibility with holiday scheduling; all employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
Additional Information: No floating requirement; shift days vary from Monday to Sunday, with no block schedules; bi-weekly orientations on Monday; all work history details must be complete for submission; reliable transportation is strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible.
