Travel ER RN – South Dakota | Variable Shifts Level II Trauma Center | 33-bed Main ED 150–180 patients/day | 1:4–5 ratio ⏰ Variable 12-hour shifts: Days, mids & nights 13-week travel assignment ⚕️ 2+ years ED experience (excluding travel) preferred ❌ First-time travelers not accepted Heavy trauma, stroke, cardiac, pediatric & critical-care population Strong ESI triage, prioritization & critical-thinking skills Experience with behavioral health and high-acuity patients ❤️ Sepsis, DKA, respiratory illness, GI bleeds & emergent blood products BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC & PALS required Epic experience preferred May float to Med/Surg, PCU or ICU as a task nurse only No call Weekend coverage may be frequent based on staffing Must be comfortable caring for sexual-assault patients and performing evidence collection Navy scrubs Free parking 100+ mile traveler requirement Interested?
