Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a specialty in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of nursing experience and a minimum of one previous travel assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department Boarder setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • At least 1 previous travel assignment required.
  • Strong experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry.
  • Required certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
    • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
  • Cerner experience is preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius.

Schedule

This position requires a Day shift with 4x12-hour shifts from 06:30 to 19:00. Block schedules are not available.

Orientation Options

Orientation sessions are available on September 29 or October 13.
