ER - Registered Nurse – Nights
Start Dates: 8/19, 9/2
Orientation Dates: 8/19, 9/2
Orientation Schedule: Orientation will occur across various shifts based on preceptor availability and regardless of final shift.

Must be able to pass a rhythm test with a minimum passing score of 80% - max 3 attempts. Study Guide is located under the child company page in the files section.

Float Requirements:
On Call Requirement: NO
Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, LA Fire Card, PALS
Preferred Certs: CEN, CPEN, ENPC, TNCC
License: Active CA RN License
If CA License is expired, it will need to be renewed

Experience:
Must have experience: 2 years of ED RN Experience Required
Pediatric (Peds) experience
IV insertion skills
Patient care management experience
Looking for candidates interested in staying long-term
Nurse must have Clinical Capabilities and be able to Treat patients onsite
Types of patients: Stroke patients, General emergency cases, Psychiatric patients (4-bed psych area)
Patients to be Transferred Out of ED: STEMI patients (not a STEMI receiving center), Major bleeding/neurosurgical cases (no neurosurgeon on site), Cardiac catheterization cases (no cath lab)
