Position Overview
Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients while following established standards of care and the nursing process. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation, patient/family education, collaboration with the healthcare team, discharge planning, and appropriate delegation of nursing duties.
