Job Summary Emergency Room Nurse (ER) Long Beach, CA This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy Level II trauma center. The role requires responsible clinical judgement and the ability to work effectively during night shifts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details
Position Description: Emergency Department RN, night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 48 hours per week. The facility is a Level II trauma center requiring at least 2.5 years of experience in a similar setting.
Required Qualifications: Valid CA licensure, Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI, and TNCC; 2.5 years experience in a large trauma center; experience with arterial line management, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, ICU skills, stroke and neurotrauma management, and EPIC charting system use.
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week.
Additional Information: Must have at least 2.5 years experience in a large Level II trauma center. The candidate will float within the hospital based on census. RTO must be presented at the time of submission.
