- Required Qualifications: Illinois license, Bachelor's Degree, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and an EKG test passed with a score of 80% or higher. A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
