Description:
The Nurse Educator is responsible for guiding, coordinating, and directing the development and maintenance of a system of evaluation for nursing care, practices, and procedures.
The role includes the evaluation of nursing personnel within the clinical service.
The Nurse Educator defines, implements, and maintains standards of nursing practice.
In addition, the role evaluates the quality of nursing care rendered within the clinical service.
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Med/Surg nursing and clinical expertise.
This position offers a full-time opportunity after an initial 8-week assignment.
