This role involves supporting electrophysiology procedures, including cardiac ablation and rhythm management, within a healthcare facility. The position requires specialized experience in electrophysiology to ensure quality patient care and procedural success.
Job Details
Position Description: Quickly interviews viable candidates through phone call or text from a 405 area code. Must have at least 24 months of current electrophysiology experience, including familiarity with cardiac ablation, cardiac rhythm management (CRM), and left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO).
Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA). Education and Degree requirements include current state licensure in Iowa. Must have at least 24 months of recent electrophysiology experience, with proficiency in EP procedures, EPIC EMR system experience, and scrub experience preferred. A valid drivers license and American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
Schedule: Days shift, 9 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Orientation is scheduled for 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, and 11/16.
Additional Information: Must have EP case experience, with specific skills in cardiac ablation, CRM, and LAAO. Experience with anticoagulation protocols, drip or titration requirements, and EPIC CUPID EMR system preferred. First-time travelers are welcome.
