Job Title: Electrophysiology Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac Electrophysiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology Lab, or Special Procedures area preferred. Intensive Care or relevant healthcare field experience considered. License: Valid state license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS within 90 days of employment. CCI RCES or CCI RCIS preferred. Registered Cardiovascular Technologist preferred. Must-Have: - Scrub, monitor, circulate skills - EKG skills - Ablations, pacemaker/defibrillator device placements - Rhythm interpretation and watchman procedure skills - EP Procedure experience, including arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, cardioversion, insertion/programming of AICDs, and left atrial appendage closure Description: We are seeking an Electrophysiology Registered Nurse. The role involves preparing for and assisting with various cardiac procedures. Your responsibilities will include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating within the lab. You will conduct rhythm interpretations and assist in device placements. Experience in EP procedures is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in arrhythmia induction and related skills. No weekend or call requirements are present for this position. Daily patient caseload will range from 4 to 10. We welcome first-time travelers. Locals are also encouraged to apply. Candidates may float to meet facility needs as necessary.
