Travel Nurse RN - Electrophysiology Lab - $2,696 per week in Portland, OR

Job Title: EP Lab Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred License: Valid State License required (Compact license must be in hand at submission) Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Circulator experience preferred; will accept an OR RN Circulator, but position will be in the EP Lab. Description: This position requires an experienced registered nurse in the Electrophysiology Lab. The nurse will perform cardiac electrophysiology procedures, including pacemakers and ablations. The role involves a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1. No float between units is required. Weekends and on-call duties are not required. Special procedures in this unit include cardiac ablation and advanced electrophysiology. The average daily census is 12 patients with three procedure rooms available. Interdisciplinary support is provided by IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and transport services. References covering at least one year within the last three years are required prior to starting. All random time-off requests must be submitted up front. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities if required. Providers will be compensated for work-related cell phone use if not provided by the client.
