Travel Nurse RN - Electrophysiology Lab - $2,699 per week in Richmond, VA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Electrophysiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN license Certifications: RCIS or RCES preferred Must-Have: Electrophysiology experience in ablations and devices. Ability to circulate, monitor, and scrub. Description: The unit consists of three electrophysiology labs. There are 15 staff members, including 13 RNs and 2 RCES. The team is fast-paced, kind, friendly, and easy-going. Typical procedures performed include ablations for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, and premature ventricular contractions. Devices used include ICDs, PPMs, Bi-Vs, and His Bundle PPMs. Laser lead extractions are also part of the procedures performed. The unit is recognized for its high functionality, conducting approximately 600 ablations per year. Dress code consists of navy blue scrubs, which are supplied by the staff. Professionalism and attendance are vital to the success of the unit.
