Candidates must be comfortable with various procedures including pacemakers, ICDs, and lead extractions. Experience in performing both diagnostic EP and ablation procedures is essential. The candidate will utilize advanced mapping technology such as Biosense Webster CARTO and Abbott Precision mapping during procedures. The role may include late stay responsibilities to complete ongoing procedures without being on-call. Patient ratios are typically 1:4 to 1:6 during the day shifts. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with no weekend shifts. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment with interdisciplinary support. Successful candidates will demonstrate both technical proficiency and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in an electrophysiology setting.
