Description:
The role involves working in an Electrophysiology Lab setting.
Responsibilities include performing EP mapping and maintaining sterile technique throughout procedures.
The RN will be responsible for EKG lead placement, as well as recognizing and interpreting dysrhythmias.
A background in cardiology is essential.
Familiarity with Fluro, Siemens, Ultrasound, Phillips, Carto, Ensite, and Cardiolab is required.
Candidates must have knowledge of isolation precautions, equipment handling, and supply management.
The schedule includes rotating late shifts with no weekends or call requirements.
There is a requirement to stay late if a case extends into the evening.
All staff participate in a late shift rotation.
The facility observes holidays, and there is a requirement to work one holiday during the contract, in rotation with the staff.
All requests for time off must be included with the initial submission.
