This exciting role within a teaching hospital environment involves handling a variety of cardiac arrhythmia cases, including ablations and CRM devices. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Electrophysiology Lab- Scrub and circulate during EP procedures, including ablations and CRM devices
- Perform documentation and maintain sterile technique
- Manage airway and hemodynamic monitoring during nurse-led sedation
- Assist with arterial/venous sheath management and defibrillator threshold testing
- Engage in advanced arrhythmia management and utilize EPIC/Cupid EMR
Requirements of the RN - Electrophysiology Lab- RN License with BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an EP Lab setting
- Experience in scrubbing EP procedures such as Ablations, CRM Devices, LAAO, and LLE
