You will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for patients in the emergency room, coordinating with physicians and supervising staff as needed. The role requires you to integrate patient care using the nursing process and support unit-level operations.
To qualify, you need a current Texas RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is important. Recommended skills include clinical assessment, adaptability, and strong communication.
