Staff Composition: Day Shift Charge, 10 RNs, 2-3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary
Night Shift: Charge, 10 RNs, 2-3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary
Patient Ratios: 4:1
Type of Equipment: EMR - Meditech
Typical Procedures: IV start, blood draw, resuscitation, EKG, etc.
Best Personality Fit: Active, personable
Work Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per month, no on-call
