Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,605 per week in Weatherford, TX

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Department License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years ED experience - Active Texas RN License Description: This is a position in the Emergency Department. The unit has 23 beds with a patient ratio of 4:1. All staff on the unit are registered nurses. Technicians are stationed in the lobby and a secretary is available. The department performs standard emergency procedures. It is a Level IV trauma center and a primary stroke center. The facility is accredited for chest pain with PCI (STEMI 24/7). Documentation is performed using the standard ED system. Nurses will float as needed according to policy. Candidates must have experience with the documentation system. Clean and professional scrub attire is required, specifically royal blue. Nail care must be clean and healthy with no artificial nails. Hair should be neat and clean without extreme styles or colors. Facial hair must be neatly trimmed. Tattoos should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Shoes must be constructed of non-absorbent material with slip-resistant soles. This position requires adherence to attendance policies.
