This facility is a Trauma Level II, Primary Stroke, and STEMI Center. It serves multiple local counties. The department supports a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1 in the main emergency area. There is a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio for the fast-track area. Pediatric Readiness Facility is available. A cafeteria is onsite, open during the week and on weekends. Many local restaurants offer delivery services to the facility. The department features 29 beds and utilizes hallway beds during surges. There is one dedicated Trauma Room and six Vertical Care rooms. More than 120 associates work in the department. The typical provider schedule includes three physicians and two advanced practice providers during the evening. During the night, two advanced practice providers and one physician are available. The following morning, one physician is present. Appropriate scrubs are required. Client branded attire is worn on designated Fridays. Candidates should possess all required certifications.
