Ability to manage a variety of diagnoses, including lacerations, abdominal pain, pediatric complaints, mental health evaluations, stroke alerts, and cardiac arrest 3. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems Description: Seeking a registered nurse for an emergency department role. The nurse must have a minimum of two years of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. The facility provides comprehensive emergency services and operates as a full-functioning facility. Patient ratios are typically 1:2 to 1:3, with an average daily census of 36 patients. The unit consists of 11 beds. Floating to other areas within the facility may be required based on patient needs and scope of practice. There are call requirements for this position. Nurses should expect to work one major holiday if it falls within their assignment period. If two major holidays occur, the nurse will be expected to work both. In the event of three major holidays, the nurse will work two of those holidays. Compliance is essential for timely onboarding. Candidates must submit all required documentation promptly.
