- **Shift:** NIGHTS 7p-7a; includes every other weekend
- **Holiday Requirement:** Work on holiday if it falls on rotation

- Current certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- NIHSS
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
