Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,738 per week in Canton, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months of recent Emergency Department experience required. License: Must have a permanent license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Must-Have: Epic experience is required. One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. An acceptable score on the ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment is required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Description: All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for. Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC must be in hand at the time of submission. References must come from assignments worked in the past 12 months. No co-worker references will be considered. Travelers may only be submitted for one job at a time. Licenses must be clear of any issues. There is a maximum of two attempts allowed to pass assessments during orientation. Travelers must comply with drug screening requirements. Candidates cannot have any open cases in their background. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements. Negative drug screens must be updated annually. A six-month break is required before returning for travelers that have completed their assignment. Modules required pre-start and annually need to be completed, with billing applicable under certain conditions.
