Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately
- Administer medications and perform wound care and splinting
- Manage IVs and collect urine samples and lab draws
- Provide care for patients ranging from ESI 5 through 1
- Ensure quick response to stroke, STEMI, sepsis, and trauma cases
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Level II or Level III trauma experience
- Current TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, BLS certifications
- Preferred: CEN or TCRN, CPI certifications
- More than two years of emergency department experience
