Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER
Provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced setting
Collaborate with other medical professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
Administer medications and perform various medical procedures
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements of the RN - ER
Texas or Compact RN license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC certifications
CPI certification within 6 weeks of onboarding
Previous ER experience is essential
