The unit has 11 beds and operates with a patient ratio of 4:1. Candidates must be experienced in IV administration and critical care. Preferred experience includes emergency room and critical care settings. Normal patient populations include adult and pediatric. Common diagnoses and treatments will be encountered in this role. Weekend hours are rotating with no call requirements. Float requirements will be rare. Requires a strong teamwork attitude and good communication skills.
