Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,791 per week in Falls Church, VA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 12-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in Emergency Department License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, CPI Must-Have: - Level I or II trauma level experience - EPIC experience - Strong Emergency Department experience - Previous travel experience preferred Description: Must be willing to take on-call shifts as scheduled. Must be willing to float to offsite Emergency Departments. Emergency Department sees approximately 350 patients per day. Staff will medically clear psych patients; they are then admitted. Sitters are utilized for suicidal patients. Security is present within the Emergency Department. There is no separate fast-track area; patients are seen in the non-acute side of the Emergency Department. One offsite location has 10 beds and sees about 40 patients daily. Another offsite location has 7 beds and sees about 25 patients daily. Staff expected to work 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period. Must be available for 1-2 on-call shifts during the schedule period. Holiday requirements include working 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday.
