Location: Smyrna, Tennessee

Schedule: Every other weekend required; 4:1 patient ratio with surge bed capacityHighlights:

• 39-bed Emergency Department within a full-service acute care facility
• Comprehensive support staffing including free-standing lead nurse, unit clerk, paramedics, EMTs, LPNs, and behavioral health sitters
• Advanced emergency equipment including Rapid Infuser and Glidescope technology
• Meditech EDM documentation system
• Exposure to high-acuity cases including STEMI, Stroke, Sepsis, and Trauma patients

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state license)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI required
• Demonstrated experience with critical care drips, sedation protocols, ESI triage, and code management
• Preferred: Experience with STEMI, Stroke, Sepsis protocols, and Trauma care
• Proficiency in emergency procedures including intubation assistance, chest tube insertion, and splinting
• Professional appearance in required charcoal grey scrubs
