✨ Join a High-Volume Emergency DepartmentWe’re hiring an experienced ER RN to join a Level II Trauma Center handling 50–60 patients per day. This is a fast-paced environment with a wide range of cases from pediatrics to geriatrics, offering strong clinical exposure.
Required Certifications- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC – Required
Unit Overview- Trauma Level: II
- Beds: 21 (including Fast Track)
- Patient Volume: 50–60/day
- Acuity: Mostly ESI Level 3, some Level 4, rare Level 1
- Ratios: 1:3–4 (up to 1:5 depending on acuity/boarding)
- EMR: (facility-based)
What You’ll Do- Provide emergency care for diverse patient populations (peds–geriatrics)
- Manage cases including:
- Trauma, Stroke, STEMI
- Respiratory distress, abdominal pain, critical transfers
- Administer and titrate critical drips:
- Vasopressors, heparin, antiarrhythmics
- Perform:
- IV starts & lab draws
- Cardiac monitoring & rhythm interpretation
- Care for ICU-level holds (1:1 when required)
- Collaborate with MD-only coverage (24/7 physician presence)
- Support patient flow in:
- Fast Track / Vertical Flow areas
- Triage (after competency, if applicable)

- Scheduling: Manager-driven (block scheduling may be considered)
