Completion of a Basic Neuroscience course and Basic Dysrhythmia course is required within the first months of hire. At least 2 years of recent emergency nursing experience is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Recommended skills include critical care experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
