TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:45-07:15 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS before starting date BLS before starting date PALS before starting date TNCC before starting date CPI before starting date NIHSS before starting date ENPC within 90 days of hire Must-Have: 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1 year in an emergency department setting. Experience in a high-volume emergency department with a comprehensive stroke center. Ability to work in all areas of the emergency department. Teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback. Description: The organization is committed to positive impact and dedicated to nursing excellence. This position is for an emergency department with a focus on teamwork and collaboration among staff. Expect to work in a high-volume environment with a patient care ratio of 4:1, which can increase to 7:1 for behavioral holds. There will be support from techs, unit clerks, and access to advanced monitoring equipment. Expectations include a flexible approach to floating in different areas of the emergency department as needed. Emphasis is placed on providing exceptional patient experience through respectful behavior and communication. This department serves a diverse community with over 120 languages spoken. Candidates should be prepared to meet the credentialing requirements listed in the certifications section.
