Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,815 per week in Orangeburg, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Emergency room experience is necessary. License: South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required. CPI and TNCC certifications preferred. Must-Have: Epic experience is required. Travelers will need to float within scope to meet facility needs. Every other weekend availability is required. Description: The position is for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse working night shifts. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Ratios are based on patient acuity. Float to similar units may be required to meet department needs. The facility experiences a high volume of patient visits daily. The unit cares for a diverse patient population, including neonates, children, adults, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Candidates should have experience managing complex patient cases in an emergency setting. Successful candidates will exhibit strong clinical skills and teamwork abilities. All required certifications must be current and from the American Heart Association. The position requires familiarity with various emergency procedures and equipment. Candidates should be ready to respond to all emergencies, including trauma and critical care situations. Understanding of isolation precautions and interpretation of dysrhythmias is necessary.
