Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,822 per week in Orangeburg, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Current state or multi-state RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required; CPI and TNCC preferred Must-Have: Epic experience required Emergency room experience required Description: Position for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. Shifts will be 3 nights per week. Ratios will be based on acuity. Every other weekend is required. Floating between departments may be needed to meet facility needs. First-time travelers are accepted if they have emergency room experience. Certified units consider certifications from the American Heart Association only. No call requirements. Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season. This includes all employees and contractors. Hurricane season runs from June through November. Peak months for hurricane activity are August and September. This facility treats all patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census varies with approximately 130 visits per day. Unit has 37 rooms available for patient care. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, and pharmacy. All applicants must possess the required certifications and necessary experience in the specified field.
