The department handles a variety of patient populations. Patient ratios are typically 1:4, with surging ratios of 1:5. The unit is equipped with electronic health records. Supervisors oversee daily operations and support staff. Candidates must work 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period. No call requirements are involved in the role. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
