Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Assess, treat, and manage adult and pediatric emergency patients collaboratively
- Deliver excellent patient experience and clear discharge instructions
- Perform procedures such as laceration repairs, closed reductions, intubations, lumbar punctures, I&Ds, splinting
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in emergency nurse competencies
