The registered nurse accepts responsibility for the direction of co-workers and the delegation of role-appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. The registered nurse performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Job Qualifications: Education: Associates degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred. Administer medications and perform treatments accurately and safely. Implement physician orders as written. Ensure equipment and supplies are available for patient care and report malfunctions. Physical Capacity Demand: Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently. Psychological/Mental: Analytical abilities, memory, problem-solving, and creativity are required.
