Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,897 per week in Union, SC

Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis. License: Pending license accepted; must obtain prior to starting. Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: MUST be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day. All requested time off must be included on the initial submission. Description: Position requires working in the Emergency Room. One of the following is required: one holiday with two on-call shifts or additional shifts every six weeks, or two holidays with no on-call or additional shifts. Ratios are 1:4. Previous charge experience preferred. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred but not required. On-call requirements are included in the role. The facility has an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per contract are missed without reasonable explanation, the contract may be subject to review for cancellation. Candidates must complete compliance documents five business days prior to the start date. Crisis management and procedural sedation administration skills are preferred. The position requires care for various patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily patient census numbers and specific diagnoses will vary based on unit needs. Travelers have one chance to pass the Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test at orientation. Pass/fail testing is required for all units. Candidates must go into the lab within 24 hours after signing. Modules are not required for this position.
