Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years License: Required Tennessee license or compact Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: CERNER experience is required CEN preferred, but not required Description: The role requires experience in the Emergency Room with a patient ratio of 4:1. Candidates must have previous experience charting in CERNER. First-timers may be considered based on previous experience. Floating within the scope to meet facility needs is required. Block scheduling accommodations may be available. Locals are accepted. Pending licenses will not be accepted. Requests for time off will be considered at the time of the interview. Guaranteed hours are 36 per week across three 12-hour shifts. The flu vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions only. Two references are required, which can be pending at the time of submission. Modules are non-billable and average 2-4 hours. Modules vary between specialties and are recorded by the Nurse Educator onsite.
