Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
- Respond swiftly and competently to medical emergencies
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
- Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practices in patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- Current RN licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 180 days
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification within 18 months
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 180 days
- Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
- Less than 1 year of experience in direct patient care preferred
