Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

Current RN licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 180 days
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification within 18 months
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 180 days
Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
Less than 1 year of experience in direct patient care preferred
