Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED- Provide direct patient care in an emergency room setting
- Respond to emergency situations with a composed and decisive manner
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED- RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (within 180 days)
- Trauma Nurse Certification (TNCC)
- Less than 1 year of experience in direct patient care preferred
