Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Utilize medical equipment such as Baxter pumps and GE monitors effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation using the Cerner system
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Registered Nurse license (active and current)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required before starting
- TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications required before starting
- ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 2 trauma center, with at least 1 year in an ER setting
