**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Central Carolina Hospital, Sanford, NC - **Unit Type:** Emergency Department - **Shift:** 7P – 7A - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Openings:** 1 - **Weekend and Holiday Commitment:** Every other weekend and some holidays - **Call Requirements:** None **Unit Profile:** - **Beds:** 21 total; 12 telemetry beds, 3 behavioral health beds, 5 fast-track rooms - **Patient Ratios:** 1:5 - **Patient Population:** All ages - **Equipment:** Emergency equipment - **EHR System:** Cerner - **Supervisor:** Daniel Register, ED Nurse Manager **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced environment - Provide emergency treatment for a diverse patient population - Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes **Required Skills/Experience:** - Emergency nursing, trauma, resuscitation - IV administration, including IV drips - Basic telemetry/EKG monitoring - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, de-escalation training (HWC, CPI, or MAB), PALS - Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency nursing **Preferred Skills/Experience:** - Experience in Emergency Medicine and Psych ER **Personality Fit:** - Fast-paced/multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment - Team player who embraces collaboration and communication **Education Requirement:** - Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) **Dress Code:** - Scrub color: Any - Unacceptable attire: No open-toed footwear, spandex pants, or sweatshirts **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
