Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,963 per week in Greensboro, NC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Department License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required Must-Have: CPI, PALS, TNCC preferred EPIC experience required Description: This position requires working three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. There are two weekend shifts or a total of four weekend days required within a six-week period. Holiday coverage may be needed. No call responsibilities are included. Minimum of two years of experience in Emergency Department is required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Candidates must possess ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications. CPI, PALS, and TNCC certifications are preferred. Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory. Previous Charge RN and Level II Trauma experience are preferred. The unit handles a wide range of patient diagnoses, including stroke, cardiac cases, and Level II trauma. There is interdisciplinary support available, including IV teams, respiratory services, and social services. The facility sees an average of 180 patient visits per day. Candidates must be willing to float to other campuses as needed. All registered nurses must pass a compliance EKG exam. Modules during orientation are non-billable and vary in length.
