Description:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position available.
Orientation is provided every Monday.
Shift options include either 11 AM to 11 PM or 3 PM to 3 AM.
Patient ratio is 1:4-6.
Weekend coverage required every other weekend, including 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule.
Must have experience with combined adult and pediatric care.
Skills required include management of abdominal pain, drug overdoses, gunshot wounds, and more.
Must be capable of performing intubations and managing ventilated patients.
Experience with trauma level I or II environments is preferred.
Completion of competency tests is required.
Must provide two supervisory references, including one from the most recent assignment.
No time off is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment.
Total maximum requested time off cannot exceed 7 days in a 13-week duration.
Candidates should have community hospital experience.
Candidates must pass competency assessments related to emergency care.
This role involves providing care to a diverse patient group, including neonates and geriatrics.
Daily patient census averages around 120 individuals.
Clinical support teams include various specialties to ensure comprehensive patient care.
