ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS are required.
TNCC and ENCP certifications are preferred.
Must-Have:
Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms.
General Emergency Department experience with both adults and pediatrics is required.
Cerner experience is necessary.
Every other weekend and holiday availability is required.
Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room.
The nurse will provide care to a diverse patient population including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Daily patient census averages around 90 visits.
The facility has 39 rooms and 39 beds available.
Staff will work alongside interdisciplinary support services including respiratory services and social services.
Nurses will be responsible for emergency care, medication administration, and triage.
Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE use is essential.
Experience with blood product administration and care of ventilated patients is important.
Successful candidates will start in a fast-paced environment focused on emergency services.
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Compliance with all necessary health and safety protocols is mandatory.
