Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,972 per week in Greensboro, NC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Department License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CPI, PALS, TNCC preferred Must-Have: - Epic experience required - Ability to pass EKG exam Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts. Candidates should have experience in emergency care. Flexibility with scheduling is necessary. The facility has a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. Candidates must be able to complete compliance requirements on time. Previous charge nurse experience is preferred. Skills in managing arterial lines, ventilated patients, and IV sedation are needed. The nurse will care for a diverse patient population with various conditions. Participation in holiday coverage may be required. Two weekend shifts or four weekend days per six weeks are part of the schedule. The unit provides interdisciplinary support services for patient care. Trainings and modules will be based on unit requirements. Candidates must adhere to additional health and safety requirements. All registered nurses must pass an EKG compliance exam. The team is expected to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
