Epic charting system experience required. Experience in STEMI and stroke facilities is required. Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. This position involves providing care for patients of all ages. The nurse will manage patients presenting with various medical emergencies. Special care populations include cancer, sepsis, and behavioral health. Responsibilities involve charting, medication administration, and patient assessments. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and have a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance. Travelers may be required to float to different units as needed. Candidates must be prepared to pass the EKG exam during compliance. No upcoming vacations should interfere with compliance completion. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Trauma Level I or II experience is preferred. The unit experiences a patient ratio of 4 per nurse during shifts. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
