Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies
- Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process for assigned patients
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocol
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and families
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required (AHA only)
- RN License in the state of TX or compact
