**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team as an RN!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity for an experienced RN in the Emergency Services department - Work in a state-of-the-art facility that has been serving the community since 1944 - Enjoy a supportive environment with a team that values initiative and collaboration **Position Highlights:** - **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN) - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7:30 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Requirements:** Every 3rd weekend / As needed - **Call Requirements:** None - **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 - **Number of Beds in ER:** 11 - **EHR:** Medhost **Essential Skills & Experience:** - Must have 2+ years of experience in an emergency department - Required Certifications: - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - Strong critical thinking and clinical skills - Ability to work independently and adhere to ENA standards of care **Team & Culture:** - Work along with a dedicated team, including 1 additional nurse - Patient population encompasses all age groups - Engage positively with staff, EMS, law enforcement, and patients/families **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in both community hospital and tertiary care settings - Familiarity with common diagnoses/treatments such as: - Cardiology: STEMI, ACS - Neurology: ICH, AIS - GI, psychiatric, trauma, and critical care **Dress Code:** - Any color scrubs or SVH t-shirt; no other facility imprints allowed **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
